The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner. When you access the site, technical log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status. This processing is necessary to deliver and secure the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you submit the review form or contact us by email, we process the information you provide, including name, work email, company, website, project description, AI architecture information, and preferred contact method. We use it to answer your enquiry, assess fit, prepare a scope, and take steps before entering into a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Security enquiries can also be sent directly to kontakt@fynlite.com. Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, or sensitive customer data through the public form.

The review form is delivered using FormSubmit. Information entered in the form is transmitted to that provider for delivery to us. If calendar scheduling is enabled, Calendly may process appointment and technical data. Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside the EU/EEA; legally required safeguards apply where relevant. You may instead contact us directly by email or telephone.

AgentShield currently does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies. Technically necessary storage or cookies may be used by embedded services only when those services are enabled. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

Access details, evidence, prompts, system architecture, retrieved documents, logs, and findings supplied for an assessment are handled under the agreed scope and applicable confidentiality terms. They are used only for authorized service delivery, reporting, remediation support, and legally required records.

Data is disclosed only to service providers required for hosting, email delivery, form delivery, scheduling, or professional support, and to authorities where legally required. Enquiry and contract information is kept only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and statutory retention duties. Technical logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting.

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
